Applicable Terms for All RCS Clients
While reasonable care will be taken with all products, Reflected Creation Studio is not responsible for loss, theft, shipping damage, or accidental damage to products while in transit or during the photography process. Customers are encouraged to insure valuable items.
Upon final payment, the client receives a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the delivered images for business and marketing purposes.
Clients may use delivered images for commercial and promotional purposes without restriction.
One round of reasonable editing revisions is included. Additional revisions may incur additional charges.
Products should arrive clean, assembled, and ready for photography. Additional preparation may result in additional fees or delays.
Final images will be stored for 30 days after delivery. Long-term archiving is not guaranteed.
Upon delivery of final images, clients must advise whether products should be returned or disposed of. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
Reflected Creation Studio reserves the right to display completed photographs in its portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refunds will only be processed if an order is canceled within 30 minutes of placement, by email notice to admin @reflectedcreationstudio.com
Local Okanagan Product Photography
You may inquire at admin@reflectedcreationstudio.com to arrange drop off of your products in the Okanagan, BC.
Some Product Eligibility expectations for mail in clients may be flexible for local options.
Mail In/Mail Out Product Photography for Domestic and International
1.) Ensure your package is eligible for this service, and you agree to the terms.
Product Eligibility:
Item size is no more than 18 inches in each direction. Each item must not weigh more than 10 lb. If the item value of the shipment is over $100 CAD, tracking is required. Client to consider costs of return shipping if so desired.
International orders welcome, however regarless if domestic or international - all shipping costs,
insurance, customs fees, duties, and return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the client.
2.) Sign up under the tab "Purchase Photos".
If you don't see a selection that meets your exact needs, ie.) You have 3 products and need 2 shots per product, email admin@reflectedcreationstudio.com to get a custom photo package. If you have any special requests for your photos, get them cleared prior to purchase.
3.) Within 3 calendar days of package purchase, mail your package to:

4.) Expect your edited photos digitally delivered to you in edited form (RAW upon request) within
7 days of package acceptance confirmation. Photography services begin once the package has been received and inspected for eligibility.
5.) Request any edits to the image within 7 days of photo delivery.
6.) Upon delivery of final images, clients must advise whether products should be returned or disposed of. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the client.
